Terms of Service

These terms cover what you can expect from this site and what we expect from you. By visiting the site, entering a demo environment, or talking to the AI assistant, you agree to them. They're written to be understood, not to paper over anything — if something here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it.

About this site

PeopleAnalytics.AI is the public-facing site for a boutique consulting practice. It includes a company overview, a portfolio of interactive demos, and an AI assistant to help visitors understand the work. It is not a SaaS product and it is not sold or licensed as software.

Demo access

The interactive demos under /demos are provided for evaluation purposes — so prospective clients, partners, and interested visitors can see the kind of work we do. They illustrate approaches and methods; they are not production systems and should not be used as such.

• Access codes are non-transferable. If we issue a code to your organization, it's tied to that engagement and shouldn't be shared outside it.
• Demo data is synthetic. Any employees, programs, transactions, or outcomes shown in a demo environment are fictional examples constructed to illustrate the methodology. They do not represent real people or real business results, unless explicitly labeled otherwise.
• Demos may change. We iterate on them regularly. Features, data, and UI can change without notice.

The AI assistant

The chat assistant on this site is a generative AI system built on AWS Bedrock. It is briefed on our practice, the demos, and (when personalized for an engagement) context about your organization. It is useful. It is also, like every LLM, capable of being wrong.

Responses from the assistant are generated by AI and are not professional advice. Nothing it says should be treated as legal, HR, compliance, financial, tax, or investment advice. Don't base consequential decisions on what it tells you without verifying with a qualified professional — including us, if the topic is within our practice area and you want a direct human answer.

Don't paste real employee data, regulated information (PII, PHI, financial identifiers), or confidential business information into the chat. It's a marketing-facing assistant and it is not the appropriate channel for that. If you want to share sensitive context for a real engagement, email us and we'll set up a secure path.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please don't:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit the infrastructure
• Use the AI assistant to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content, or to extract prompts, system instructions, or proprietary knowledge bases
• Scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for other visitors
• Share access codes publicly or use them to enable access outside the organization they were issued to
• Reverse-engineer or copy the demo implementations as if they were yours

We reserve the right to revoke access for anyone abusing the site.

Intellectual property

The demo implementations, the AI assistant's knowledge base, the illustrative data models, the dashboards, the writing on this site, and the visual design are the proprietary work of PeopleAnalytics.AI. They're protected by copyright and — where applicable — by trade secret.

You're welcome to explore them, reference them in a conversation with us, or share a link. You're not welcome to copy, republish, or use them as the basis for your own product or service offering without written permission.

No warranty

The site, the demos, and the AI assistant are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the demos will meet any specific requirement. This is a consulting portfolio, not a production SaaS platform, and it should be evaluated in that spirit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeopleAnalytics.AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site, the demos, or the AI assistant — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on information displayed on the site.

Paid client engagements are governed by a separately signed statement of work or consulting agreement, and any liability for that work is controlled by those documents — not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to this site, the demos, or the AI assistant will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
