PeopleAnalytics.AI is a boutique consulting practice. This page explains — in plain English — what data we collect when you use this site, how we store it, and what rights you have over it. We run AI systems on workforce data for a living, so we take data handling seriously and we'd rather be straightforward about it than hide behind legalese.

What we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us, plus basic server-side analytics needed to run the site:

  • Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form or request a demo environment, we collect the name, email, company, and any message you provide so we can respond to you.
  • Demo access codes. When a demo environment is prepared for your organization, we generate a code tied to metadata about that engagement (company name, role context, skills or tech stack relevant to the demo). The code itself and that metadata are stored so the demo and the AI assistant can be personalized to you.
  • Chat messages. Conversations with the AI assistant embedded in this site are processed in real time by AWS Bedrock to generate responses. We keep them in memory for the length of your session so the assistant can follow context; we do not persist them to long-term storage once the session ends.
  • Basic analytics. Page views, session identifiers, and approximate geography so we can tell how the site is performing. We do not run third-party ad trackers, social pixels, or cross-site identifiers.

How we store it

The site runs on Amazon Web Services. Structured data (contact form submissions, access codes, audit logs) lives in DynamoDB. File assets live in S3. Everything is encrypted at rest using AWS-managed keys and in transit over HTTPS.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not ship it to data brokers. The only parties that ever see your data are the infrastructure providers listed below and the person running this practice.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form data is retained for ongoing business purposes — so we can continue a conversation with you, follow up on a proposal, or keep records of past engagements. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
  • Chat messages are not retained after your session ends. They exist only for the duration of the conversation so the assistant can follow context.
  • Access codes expire per the timeframe configured when the code was issued. Once expired, the code can no longer be used to reach the demo environment.
  • Audit logs for data access in self-service demo environments are retained as part of the compliance posture those demos illustrate.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for session management — keeping you signed in to a demo environment, remembering that you've entered an access code during your visit. That's it. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, no third-party analytics identifiers.

Third-party services

The site relies on a small set of vendors to function:

  • Amazon Web Services — hosting, DynamoDB for structured data, S3 for assets, Bedrock for the AI assistant.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery when we reply to a contact form submission or send demo access details.

Each vendor has its own privacy practices and terms. We pick vendors that handle data responsibly and we keep the list short on purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you what data we have about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your data entirely
  • Export it in a portable format
  • Stop contacting you

Email hello@peopleanalytics.ai with the request. We'll respond within 30 days — usually much faster. No forms, no ticket system, no runaround.

GDPR and international visitors

This site is available worldwide and we honor the data subject rights defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — for every visitor, regardless of residence. If you're in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable data protection laws, the rights listed in the previous section apply to you and you can exercise them through the same email address.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we collect or handle data, we'll update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. For significant changes we'll also note what changed.
